importunity and threat

Hello!

The seller  sold me the Yellow Christmas Cactus "Thor Sofia" by Schlumberger Trunkat Thanksgvng 9km p .. And he sent me this plant with live insects thripses!  Which flew away as soon as I opened the package.  Therefore, I could not take their photo.  Thrips is a very unpleasant insect that spoils plants and it is very difficult to get rid of it!  I gave negative feedback to the seller.  And now he gets me and demands a change in the feedback! He tried several times to buy from me in order to post a negative review later!  He offered a discount on the purchase of another plant.  But I don’t need it and I don’t want to get another portion of insect pests! He wrote me threatening letters if I didn't change my feedback! There is can’t to fix here because he has already settled these insects in my plants and he can’t to remove them from them!  Please block this person to stop threatening me!
Many thanks!

Please block this person to stop threatening me!

Most sellers who are irate about feedback will give up trying if you don't reply.

Otherwise, as you're a seller yourself you can simply add them to your blocked bidders list: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

You can then also block them from sending them messages by editing your buyer preferences: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

The block may not come into effect immediately if you have been in a recent transaction with them.

You do not need to do anything drastic!  You do not need to photo the little beasties.  It is absolutely pointless to contact the seller.

All you do is to open a "not as described" case in the resolution centre [link below] and the seller will send a label to return the plant and when you do so will refund in full.   If the seller does not send the label then you escalate the acse to eBay after 3 full business days.  Do that - when you have returned using the label - if he does not refund.

Use the case!  You do not have to "prove" anything!

We can't block people from contacting you as we are just other members like you.  I suggest you tell him to stop, or you will report him to ebay and Trading Standards for being a business seller masqerading as a private seller and therefore defrauding ebay of their proper fees and buyers of their consumer rights.

Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back and scroll down to

Stop blocked bidders from contacting me

It may not work straight away as you have been in a transaction with them

Just tell them once you are not going to change the feedback and to stop contacting
