iPad app won’t update

How do I update my iPad app when the updater says there is no update available. Come on eBay get this sorted, this is the second day of this

Multiple,varied and ongoing App problems reported over the past 2/3 weeks or more ... currently unfit for purpose and eBay are still trying to fix it ... best to use a PC/Laptop for the time being.
