i havent received an item I was promised would be posted

i bought an item on Ebay in may 2021. The seller told me there would be a delay in receving the item. I said I was happy to wait. Its now July and I have yet to receive it. Ebay have now closed the case as its been over 21 days. But how do I get access to the item, and the seller isnt replying to my messages.
