i buyer wanted to return something they paid for, i accepted the return and the payment was put in the pending section on paypal i also sent postage label. its now been 12 day and still no item and no contact with buyer. i just want to know what happens if i dont receive the item, will the money go to the buyer anyway or will case just be closed. please help as i have no idea and am worried about it. duncan
