It is very strange to find a scammer using a Classified Ad. I doubt that reporting will achieve anything as you are not able to give your reasons.
I am afraid it is up to a buyer to use caution and not pay anything until they have actually seen it.
It is possible that the buyer is using a Stock Photograph from Ebay's catalogue. If so not a good idea, but not completely against the rules.
What I do find disturbing is that this is a new member,they have left no feedback, but received 4 feedback for buying BUT although different sellers three of the feedback are identical wording.
