Do not refuse the delivery - buyer remorse is not covered by the eBay money-back guarantee.  You need to accept the parcel and return the goods using the eBay returns process.

It is worth noting....

• There is NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION on eBay

• You can ask the seller, but they have already been charged fees & may have lost other potential buyers as a result of your actions so they may not agree

• If the seller was a UK registered business then you will have the right to return the goods by a tracked service at your own expense for a refund

• Bidding is a serious matter & changing your mind simply is not grounds to cancel

• It is likely that the seller will open an unpaid case to get their fees refunded & you would then earn an unpaid strike.......

• If that happened again within 12 months then many sellers will refuse to deal with you

It is a grey area what will happen if you decline accepting the delivery....plus Yodel are known for delivering if you are out or stating delivered even if you decline
