how to list vintage adult Magazines

Does anyone know how to list vintage adult magazines, have tried to upload but it's saying it violates e bays' policies , there appear to be numerous listed on ebay, any ideas how to get round this, ie description with the cover picture covered as just to show the title publication.

... and the fact that otehrs may be listed does not help you.  Those sellers may be on ebay where they are allowed or simply that eBay has not yet taken them down

They are not allowed if ebay say so and if you try and list them and they are reported then they will be removed and you will get a black mark on your account
