how to get a seller to sent a return label by post

I am supposed toreturn an item, but have no possibility to print a return label. The seller tried for quite a while to get me to keep the item, for a small part refund, which I refused. I had already paid the return postage before that.

In the end they agreed, that I may return the item, but I told them, that I need the return label sent by post, because I have no possibility to print, and going to a print shop would cost me quite a bit extra, apart from the fact, that i'm nowhere near any such place. I'm already loosing the funds for the return postage, as that means I pay postage, but am left without anything to show for having paid it. So I obviusly don't want to pay - and loose - even more money on this.

I told the seller all this, but they never answered back, not even a negative reply. They are waiting, that the date for the return passes. Then they don't need to refund me for the item, plus got the funds I paid already for return postage.

I tried to contact ebay resolution centre, but there is neither an email address, nor phone number to reach them, and onsite whatever I do, brings me back to the same page, where it says I should return the item.

What can be done? I'm supposed to return the item until the 5th of July - not much time left. Please, help!

You say you are already paying the return postage, if so why do you expect the seller to post you a label.

The seller is not obliged to post you a label, and in any case it could be out of date by the time it arrived. Surely you know someone who could print the label for you.  The seller will have done all that ebay expects, speaking to ebay will not get them to change the rules, they provide the system, you have to follow it.
