my item has not arrived and i have reqested a refund. I have made the seller aware that the currior did not deliver to my address he deliverd to a bin which was emptied on that day. I currior admits that it should not hav e been placed in the bin
Now the seller does not wish to refund but send another item and i have pointed out that i am going into hospital
does ebay have a contact number like amazon or is it just left to automated events
