how to complain about ebay staff

Please can some help me , how do I make a complaints about eBay staff and infringement in my right and getting treated unfairly, help please

EBay doesn't have a complaints procedure.

Why not explain what has happened? Someone here will be able to advise you whether eBay has acted incorrectly, and what can be done about it, or is within its rights under the user agreement. (No-one would say that the user agreement is always fair, but it's what we have accepted.)

Most people who feel that eBay has treated them unfairly have never realised what they accepted.

Ebay dont do complaints unless you want to write to the address on the user agreement at the bottom of the page
