i shifted from SPAIN to UK. Now i want to change my details and country. i tried but didnot allow me to change. it says contact ebay customer support. How to do this?

i cannot find link to get in contact with ebay uk to reqquest them t change the country.

Contact eBay UK  Customer Services and request that your account Registration is transferred to the UK site  from Spain ... changing Based address to UK often does not alter Registration site details without CS input >
