how to add photos to message to seller

How can I add photos of the problem to my message to the seller? I'm selecting the photos but they don't appear on the attachment of the message.

Well it always works for me, BUT why are you needing to send pictures to a seller.

If there is a problem, not as described or damaged, just open a Not As Described Case.  There is no need to send pics.  ebay will not require them, they are in many cases just an excuse to get you out of time to make a claim.

The only time a seller needs a pic. is to support an insurance claim.  What exactly are you doing and what sort of device are you using. You will find that transferring picture to laptop then selecting and transferring to messages works.

Thanks John, I just wanted to show the seller that the problem was caused by a lack of packaging. I'm using my kindle, perhaps that's the problem.I will try on my laptop.
