ebay are allowing someone else to use my personel e-mail address. i cannot contact any human as all automated option are worthless. the "ring me" option basically means they dont bother and send another automated e-mail saying they cant reach me (even though i was holding the phone in my hand) so when i ring them on the contact number you then get another set of automated questions that dont help then cut you off
i need to speak to someone other than a robot
any ideas??
