how is that eBay is letting sellers give you misleading items to sell

 what i am getting at is you have a seller say selling sun glassers it as buy them now for £5.00 just let say it as the sun glasser  showing with the price £5.00 then you click on to buy them then it will say which one  so you say the one  that you are showing price of £5.00 but when you go into the sun glasses then they are £12.99 say      so you have  5 pairs  to pick from but every one the price is £12.99 so you get in touch with the seller then he will say that is for the glass case i say no it does not say any thing about case it as a pair of sunglasses  buy them for £5.00  it will show you the sunglasses   and the price next to them   they are all doing that to me that is missleading people to go on there web site   so to me that is false advertizing get your hopes up  because you think you are going to get a pair of sunglasses you can aford or you push your self to buy them then you find that you are short of money to pay off a bill that should had been  paid weeks ago to many are doing this

You are not talking to ebay as this is a member to member thread no ebay staff here.

There is a report link on every listing so report if there is a problem with a listing

If you have bought them and dont pay then you can have non payment disputes opened against you

If it is weeks ago then you may have got away with not paying as they have 32 days to open a non payment dispute.
