Hi , my issue is NOT with the seller / merchant . They were pretty good and helpful . I was not happy with the assigned carrier , they were really poor , very unprofessional. I think it could of been Yodel , but not sure . The delivery label looks a lot like the labels used by Yodel and DHL and Parcel Force and DPD. Do I throw a wobbly with the merchant ? Or is there a concerns / issues / grievances commitee at Ebay ? Like I said , the carrier is the issue not the merchant / seller. Any suggestions ? Thanks .
There is nothing you can do with ebay as they have nothing to do with the couriers
Best take it up with the firm yourself
It would help to know what the problem was.
Really problems with delivery firms are up to the person who arranged them to deliver as they paid
