how do you delete address

Hello there

Does anyone know how to delete a delivery address? Ebay are pretty useless and the information on their page is wrong. There is also no way to contact anyone at ebay.

I've had something sent to the wrong address and have had to cancel orders. It's causing all manner of headaches and should be sooooooooo simple to solve!

Is there a way of doing this?

Do ebay actually employ humans that listen or is it all robots now?

You don't need ebay or their robots, this is something you have to do yourself as with most things on ebay.

Do a bit of exploring on the pages and find out what the various links mean. Saves an aweful lot of time asking questions.

Clicking on things is not fatal, if it is not what you want, just go back.

go to:-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> addresses

and change all your addresses there

log into your paypal account and change all your addresses there

when you check out make sure the address is your current address

Thanks for the comment, but that doesn't work. There is no delete button and no way to delete an old address.
There is definitely a bug in the system and I can't let ebay know!

you don't 'delete' it you use 'edit' and change it to your new address and then 'save' it, if you are using the app I suggest you use the full site through a browser instead
