How do I cancel/void a returns label pleae? A buyer wants to return an item, I agreed and clicked on buying the recommended returns label and it said the cost of the label will be taken in my invoice costs. The buyer said they have no access to a printer so is not using the postage label I provided and is posting from the post office tomorrow. So how do I cancel the postage label please? I don't wan't to end up paying for two postage costs. Thank you
