how can i do a partial refund for postage?

I paid a bit less thani thought to send an item. How can i refund a portion of the postage paid to the buyer? thanks

if you are on managed payments use the seller hub, the refund option is on the drop down menu next to the item

if you are still receiving payments through paypal you have to log into your paypal account and refund through the original payment
