Just google for Hermes damaged parcel claim and the page comes up

Whether it actually works or not is a different matter

Is it a damage parcel or not delivered

You need to make sure you open the correct dispute

Did you by the postage through eBay ??  If so then it's not Hermes you need to contact....it's Packlink
