Hi. First time on here, I'm a little nervous.I've got a problem with a seller about the item delivered. The item is a copy and does not match the description on their post. So i started a return thing. But they have just sent me their address and not a paid for printable label. I want ebay to step in, but the steps on ebay now is just taking me round in circles!! I want to speak to ebay directly over the phone. I can not find out how to now. Years ago it used to be more simple.
I NEED HELP with this Urgently.

Sounds as if you have opened the wrong dispute
Your item was Not as described and not a return
Now you have opened the case you need to carry on with it for your refund
paying the postage. If you close the dispute you can not open another one.
You wont be able to change it now you have opened it

Yes I am sorry it is not what you want. I think you find that all companies now do things automatically now.
Make sure you send it back with tracking or if a packet Royal MAil 1st or 2nd class there is a 16 digit code on the receipt. PUt that on to the dispute to prove delivered or attempted delivery to the seller as soon as you post it.
