Buyer has paid for item through paypal but thats it.
No contact regarding collection which was stated on listing despite several emails so i opened a dispute through ebay .
Ive tried to cancel the sale and have refunded the buyer via direct payment through paypal , not through ebay ( i couldnt add funds to account to go through ebay) but ebay are saying they cannot cancel as no refund has been given which I understand they cannot see .
I have also contacted the buyer to askhim to cancel the bid but doubt he will will respond.
Any help appreciated.
