bought an item, was wrong even though part# was right. buyer refused return. got stuck paying $18. ebay didn't help at all. issue was closed. *** is now harrassing me saying I opened up a dispute with paypal, which I only diputed payment with my bank per advice from ebay, and I should return item or it's fraud. says to cancel dispute with paypal or return item! after a month this clown emails me after this issue was closed? i threw the item away as it is no use to me. so now he wants me to return item for refund minus shipping cost? will never use ebay again either. they do not stand by their buyers like amazon and their 100% money gaurantee is **bleep**!
