i sold trousers via gsp, they have arrived with a hole in so buyer wants to return them and wants postage refunded
they only paod me £3.50 postage, the rest was gsp
how does the return gsp work? will they get a refund on the gsp postage too?
Buyer has to open an Item Not As Described Case with Ebay. You will have to Pay the International Return Postage if you want the Item back. Probably best just to Refund and let him keep the Trousers.
