Hi, the seller has been back in contact and told me she tried to action a refund for me today but it won't let here do it. Is this because I have opened a case??

She should be able to refund through the Resolution Centre

She wont be able to do it through paypal if the money is on hold she has to ring paypal and ask them to release it.

If she does it through the resolution centre she gets her final value fees back straight away
