Hi, i have just sold three small boxed items to a buyer in Australia. I have bundled the items and direct postal costgs to Australia would be less than £9.00. However i am unable to invoice the buyer as the item is to be shipped via the Global Shipping Programme. I understand that the buyer is being asked to pay over £15.00 for each item by the shipping company. What on earth is going on?.
