Hi there, i have a frenchman who has bought three items. He's asking to combine postage, for a reduction i assume. Can i do this and how? I can't seem to produce an invoice. Thanks, ben.

The buyer can obtain combined postage by placing the items in the basket before proceeding to checkout.

At this time, seller-specified combined postage discounts aren’t supported by the Global Shipping Programme. However, a combined postage discount for the international leg of the delivery will automatically be applied during checkout when the buyer places all items in their shopping basket prior to making a purchase.

He has used the basket, but the discount is minimal. In the uk he'd pay £24.97 combined postage, with no discount. The system is asking for 37.02 That seems very high? Is that right? Is there anyway of reducing it?

unfortunately a seller cannot make reductions with Global.
