ok so I sent an item value of transaction £55 to global shipping address in March, ebay confirmed receipt of item and shipped to /australia, where again I had an email saying the item is delivered.
Well on Thursday the customer opened a case against us saying item not received and so paypal removed the amount from my account which is not right!!!!
Ive spoken to ebay and they say it should not of happened but they cant do anything about it and would not transfer me through to Australia to speak to their site, I have refused to do so due to call costs and the fact I did not deal with them I was dealing on UK site, 2 days later i'm still with no money!
Can someone offer some advice that ebay does not seem to be able to do?

Thank you for your answer and yes i have done all that via the australian website ie i had to log on again etc and reply, but nothing i cant even escalate it
