giving location of item for sale

I have a man interested in an electric organ I am selling on ebay  for £600 but he won't buy it until he has seen it. As I cannot send him the location by ebay email., how do I resolve this?

and set up the option to share your phone number

the buyer can then use the contact seller option to see your phone number

EBay's option to share your phone number only applies to buyers.

Arranging for a buyer to view an item before purchase is no longer allowed. This is to prevent members from arranging private deals to evade eBay's fees.

Your buyer needs to bid for the item, and win it, before you can give him your address. If he isn't happy with it when he sees it, you can send him a cancellation request to get your selling fee returned.

the option to share the sellers phone number is there for collection items

if it is used ebay have a record of it, and if the seller then removes the item from sale instead of selling through ebay, ebay will charge them the final value fee anyway.
