Seems to me buyers have no protection on ebay. My item was late in being delivered and eventualy turned up damaged...i asked for a replacement or refund .
I was manipulated into changing my feedback from negative to positive before seller would give me a refund ,, as you can guess i was conned into doing this as the seller then stopped answering my messages ,,,and i got no refund ,,, ebay have been unhelpfull and ruled against me ..
Im now considering closing my ebay account as there is too much of this going on nowadays..
