getting a case closed.

A buyer opened a "item not received" case against me and then 2 days later received the item.

I have a receipt with tracking number that also shows the buyers name, house number and post code.

Royal Mail tracking shows the buyers signiature and also states that the buyer collected the item from the depot which means proof of ID was shown.

The buyer has not closed the case or answered my request to do so.

I cannot afford to have the money held from me.

Is there anything I can do?

If you haven't already done so, enter the trackiing number into the case and state the date of delivery.  After that, you must sit tight and wait for the case to time out.  Do not involve eBay
