funds on hold but buyer no longer wants to return item

Buyer requested a return which I accepted. She has now changed her mind but the funds are still on hold, how do i get ebay to release the funds, it has gone well passed the return date.

She could close the return case or if she does not return it in the time allowed the dispute will time out and you will get your money back
