Your thread title makes no sense whatsover, eBay don't have anything to do with uber (that's a taxi service). You can't get an uber via eBay.
This is what heading says, so we don't know what the issue is as we aren't ebay or paypal.
If you explain properly, we might be able to help.
We dont know how bad it is either as we are not ebay just members like yourself
What is the problem and who have you been trying to tell
