Having sold an item offering free post,I'm told "buyer selected 1st Class Royal Mail " what is this about? can anyone help please.
post isn't 'free'
as the seller you have to pay for the postage,
you can either charge the buyer the postage amount, or pay it yourself
your item had 1st class postage so that is how you need to send it
