There is a technical fault with this month's promotion that Ebay are aware of and are working on it. Hopefully it will be corrected within a day or two.
Just as an aside, remember any automatic relists, will only come out of your monthly 20 free insertions, and never out of any extra promos Ebay offer. Unless a future one comes along and includes this in their T & C's. To date they have been excluded.
