Hello- I have bought an item from a seller in Germany on the Ebay site- but their (Ebay Germany) isn't hot on resolving fraud- does anyone have a contact email address for the German Ebay? There is none on their website- they state they are great etc but I can't get any joy with helping to resolve the issue. Any help very much appreciated! Thanks, James
If you bought it using the UK site you can resolve it through the UK site.
EBay doesn't "resolve fraud". However, if you have paid for an item that you have not received, or isn't as described, you can use eBay's money back guarantee through the resolution centre.
This of course assumes that you paid by PayPal, and that whatever you bought is eligible for protection.
Why can't you open case on UK ebay?
Did you buy from UK site or German site.
