final valuation fee

i have had an item canceld by the buyer and it is all documented with ebay and the item was relisted 3 weeks ago,however this morning i have recieved an invoice fro m ebay for £250 final fees due at end of the month.The total figure in written in red.I have treid to call but no one there.It is also stated by ebay that the order was canceld some 3 weeks ago and yet still the invoice

how did you process the cancellation?

the fee is charged as soon as the item sells, so it shows on the invoice,

if you cancell correctly the fee is then credited back to you, either on the same invoice or on the next months invoice, depending on when the cancellation was processed,
