final seller fees

hi, i sold an item for local pick up, somebody from hungary bid, didnt pay and didnt reply to my emails so i cancelled the order but i have still been charged for a final value fee when the item didnt sell??? how do i get that back please?

You can't if you just went ahead and cancelled the order.

You should have opened an unpaid item dispute to get your fees back.
