why are the fees so much more expensive now and why is there a 10% fee on postage, sdhould i charge more postage to cover this?
The Fees are actually slightly lower with Managed Payments. Ebay have charged Fees on Postage for at least 10 Years. Yes add it to the Price of your Listings.
