Hi recently i was hacked and had someone selling items on my account. ebay noticed and stepped in and froze the account taking off the items including the one item i had for sale. i rang them and got this sorted and was allowed to relist my item but i have been charged a listing fee for doing so which i do not think should apply as it wasnt a relisting at all. please advise.
