a buyer left negative feedback after I offered a return and full refund - what can I do about this ?
you can ask the buyer if they are willing to revise the feedback,
but I doubt they will
you sold them fakes described as real.
Unless the buyer agrees to revise the feedback there is nothing you can do I'm afraid.
Even though you gave them a full refund they still found the whole thing a negative experience and so are able to leave what they feel is appropriate feedback.
