I received a broken item and also parts missing. I opened a case but seller didn't answer. Ebay refunded me. I did leave an honest but negative feedback and got 3 emails from seller basically asking me to withdraw feedback. Had he bothered to reply I would have but I emailed him back saying the feedback stays. Now looking at my feedback as a buyer it shows up as positive saying 'Great communication a pleasure to do business with' Nothing is farther from the truth! Can I do anything about this and how has this happened?
can't find out how to reply! But you must have looked at someone else's feedback as I have never bought a camera!
