why can I not give negitive feedback to someone who has failed to pay for goods 

when I look at the feedback 25% of their feedback under positive is actualy  negitive 

is this not giving the correct view of the person /company you are dealing with 

FEEDBACK should show the wasters who dont pay/have no stock/etc.  

come on ebay lets get honest and show people who they're dealing with or are you just trying to pull the wall over our eyes to increase your fees and sale commissions!  After dealing with ebay for a long time I find this really disapointing.

Adding to pixiesen2012 good advice -

The blame lies not just with other sellers but yourself for certifying that you found not getting paid a positive experience – and breaking eBay rules to do so “never payed no text no contact waster”.

Just remember this buyer can appeal an unpaid strike and also damage your account.

As soon as sellers stop blaming eBay and use the tools eBay provides this type of buyer will disappear.

rubbish Ebay are good at making rules but you try to put the appropriate feedback in and it won't let you
if you look at some of the positive feedback in some cases 25% is in fact negative
because that the only feedback you can leave to warn others about time wasters
if you go to your local auction and put your hand up you've bought it !! no sorry i was waving at my friend
if people bid and don't pay, they should pay the listing fee

the negative comments on positive feedback didn't help you in any way did it? there is absolutely no point in giving a non payer positive feedback for not paying, use the system properly and habitual non payers won't even be able to bid on your items
