feedback threat

I have been a member of ebay for 25 years both selling and buying,  I sold an item to a buyer four days later he broughr a 2nd item.  They showed up as single purcheses on ebay invoice system so when it was time to post them, I had 50 boxes to box that day  they were posted out in single boxes. (International postage £10). after they were posted the buyer ask for a combined postage but it was to late.  I got threats off the buyer instantly saying he would leave me two negative feedbacks or wanted the £10 refunded,  I masaged ebay and did get a responce and typed to them saying about the issue.  they confirmed this was a bad way for him to act and they would not let this happen.  As soon as he got the items he left me feedback X Two calling me a crook.  EBAY BUYERS Rule states. ((Buyers can't use the threat of negative (or promise of positive) feedback to get a seller to provide goods or services that weren't included in the original item's description or purchase price. Similarly, they can't use feedback to force a seller to accept a return, or give a refund, if they're not required to by the terms of their listing, or the eBay Money Back Guarantee. ))

but dispite this they are not going to remove this feedback for me. I do not understand why this should be. I did all i could spending hour after hour trying to sort this out After all this time when i need help after 25+ years with EBAY and with over 7500 possitive feedbacks I should have to Suffer this all if ebays system would have shown the buyer won two items they would have gone in one box to start with and the fact i had a promiss from ebay it was not possible for the buyer to leave me negative feedback and they would not allow it. I am Extreamly upset about this lack of help with dealing this buyer who threatens me before he even gets the items and send me 15 agresive mesages so upset I am thinking but shutting my shop not sure if this is realy worth while should I just leave ebay.  LIFES to short for all this trouble when after all I always make sure i follow the rules when other people don't
