can someone advise me please
i have a seller who has after waiting for 2 weeks cancelled a 10 year old girls X2 items (seperate purchases from same person)
now also they have been extremely rude so as you can imagine i want to leave matching feedback for their rudeness...and i do mean rude
however
1st item , there is no feedback button to be found almost as if i am not allowed to do so
2nd item has disapeared from my purchase history completely
can you help or advise please
There are various tabs in your Purchase History - one of them is for cancelled items. Take a look there.
The feedback has disappeared from the items due to the cancellations. If you go to your feedback I believe you can find items that have gone down near the bottom. Try "leave feedback". I have done it quite recently; it is possible!
