faulty mattress ........Bought mattress from bedexpress123

Bought matress from bedexpress and it was faulty, was replaced and same fault, third mattress delivered middle October and that developed faults about six weeks ago...... They refusing to pick it up or send returns label and saying I have to return it..Paypal saying the same although they can get price of mattress back......... The cost of my returning it by courier is more than the mattress,so I'm left with paying an extra £20.00 on top and I have no refund and no mattress!!!............how does that seem right.

Pay pal will require you to return at your expense,and using a trachked and signed for service if you want to make a claim.You have run out of time to open a case with ebay,so pay pal is your alternative option 

 

You would of been best to ask for a refund when the first mattress became faulty,and the seller would of had to pay for its return if you had opened a return request with ebay .Ebay buyer protection info on every listing and also here in this link http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
