Why is ebay allowing to use top brands names as their own.

I have put in a report to ebay but they still allow it.

John Charles mother of the bride outfits, Ann Balon outfits are not made in China and they do not sell for £89.00 brand new!

These sellers in China will in the end cheapen the brands.

I have been in touch with one of the brand owners they say as soon as ebay take them down they put them up again.

It's wise to be aware that although there are strict rules on counterfeit goods in Europe, not all Countries enforce them, China being one of those who do not, put simply, buyers really should know that top branded items at knock down prices from far eastern sellers are likely to disappoint.
