can someone please help me?

I am trying to contact a buyer who bought an item from me. They paid but were unable to collect straight away.

Now that lockdown has eased I need to contact them to arrange collection. I just keep getting this message

Any idea what I can do?

How are you trying to contact the member? There are Contact links on their Feedback page, use that link. If you still have their purchase in your sold items, click on their ID and find the contact link. What that message means I have no idea, but contacting members is very simple.

Ive tried all that. i've messaged them before with no problem. Don't know whether its because a long time has elapsed since auction ended.
