evening. How do you send an invoice to a buyer.

How do I raise an invoice to a buyer?  Sold item was sent and returned to me by Post Office.  Contacted buyer who has moved.  I am asking for postage to enable me to send again.  Have tried

In my ebay selected Sold

From actions I should get Send Invoice

Not happening I'm assuming because the item has been sold and despatched.

Any suggestions please?

You can't do it on ebay.   Use the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account.
