error message when I try to send payment details

I get an error message

 

"There is a technical error. Please try again later"

 

when trying to send payment details for two items bought separately by the same buyer! This has been happening over 24 hours

 

For a single item, no problems encountered

 

Any ideas anyone?

If you are trying to do a combined postage invoice on an app or phone,  you need to switch to a laptop / PC to manage this.
