I doubt eBay will tell you of a "delivery" [how would they know?]

If a scooter does turn up well then that would be "unsolicited" so you need do little or nothing.

Did the message come through ebay messages

If it just came through your personal email address then it is probably a phissing email

Do not click on any links and forward to spoof@ebay.co.uk

Then delete

if you have clicked on links then change your password straight away
